I am planning on going to the Blue and Orange game this year, my first game I have not gone to a game since I became a avid Gator fan. For one thing I did not have any  kind  of  transportation, or any kind of way to get to any of the games. I also had to work on the day the games were played on.

I watched the games when I could on the TV  when it was available. I missed a lot of  games because  it was on cable TV. A lot of times I kept up with the score of the games by asking customers the scores of the game. Most of time I know the final score until later on that day.

I hope the Gator football team do three quarters of what the Gator basketball team did. It would be a nice thing to have both Gator teams to be national champions In the same calendar year. It would put the Gators in Spotlight again as one of the University's to contend with. They are already in the best conference in the nation.

The South Eastern Conference has the most schools in the top ten of any conference in the nation. In past ten years the SEC more national championships then any conference in the nation. They also have most Heisman winners then any conference.

The NFL has drafted more number one picks in the SEC then any conference in the nation, Mostly offensive positions, and few defensive players. Most of the players are still in starting positions in their positions they were drafted for. 

I haven't heard anything to say about  the gators at this time. I believe Coach Muschamp is trying to stay under the radar. Coach Muschamp does not like to be  in the spotlight to much. Being so secretive is not good, but I can really side with him on that aspect of  secrecy. On the other hand he  should be more open with fans and the media.  

I have admit that the Gator Nation is in turmoil in the offensive side of the program. The backup quarterback situation is in very dire need of someone to lead the offense. I hope the new offensive coordinator will put the offense on the right track.

The coaches need to go back to the basics. Work on blocking basics, the basics of tackling , and covering for defensive backs. A lot of minor mistakes in basic football needs to be addressed.   

College football season over, so I have to wait for next season. In between time I check  the sports pages of the Orlando Sentinel Sports pages of the players that is recruited from the different high schools. I also see what players go into the professional teams. I also follow the previous  players that is already playing for the professional teams. I also look to see what high school football players commit to the Florida Gators.

The head coach of  the gators made a few changes to the offensive coach position. The head coach fired his offensive coordinator and hired someone else in his place. I hope the one he hired does a better job.
